The Stoke Mandeville based charity supports people with physical disabilities to enjoy the many benefits that come from regular movement, activity and sport, both here in Buckinghamshire and across the United Kingdom. As well as hosting a calendar of events they also have an extensive collection of online resources that include three live weekly online exercise classes via zoom, over 40 online exercise videos on their YouTube channel, and finally they support disabled people with the gift of exercise equipment.

Join WheelPower for an Online Exercise Class

They currently host three FREE online exercise classes every week which vary between yoga, cardio, adaptive box-fit, dance and tai chi.
