At the time of writing this we have just had some sunny days. Will it last for the August Bank Holiday weekend? The forecast is good, so we have two days of fun to look forward to and finishing the weekend with Proms in the Park.

Walking around Aylesbury the other day I saw Phoenix Healthcare and Recruitment Agency, a Japanese Grocery and Bubble Tea Shop, and Lifestyle are now all in Temple Street. Aylesbury still has shops to let.

What kind of shops would you like to see in Aylesbury?

Work seems to have stopped on HS2, and how quickly the grass is growing over these ‘abandoned’ sites. Makes one wonder if it will turn out to be a colossal folly.
Autumn is on its way so winter won’t be far behind. Research has shown we have a large local population of single people living on their own. They are of all ages and nationalities. Be a good neighbour and make sure they do not need any support. Just going for a walk with someone can be a refreshing change. Let’s take care of each other and remember to smile!
