I am sitting writing this on a sunny, cold day in April. Birds are singing, trees and flowers have an amazing array of colours, shops are full of flags and memorabilia to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III.
All is well with the world. I am old enough to remember Queen Elizabeth’s coronation standing on the pavement with crowds of people watching a practice
session for the event. That’s one of my special memories. I do wonder how many of our readers were around at that time and what can you remember?
I do love attending Lee’s Tai Chi and Qigong classes and how they help me in many ways to stay mobile. They fit so well with listening to Bob Proctor’s seminars talking about our lives and the choices we make. One choice we should definitely make is to follow Winston Churchill’s advice, “Never, never, never give up.”
