Spring is on its way, the daffodils are in flower on the Tring Road roundabout, and the various plant boxes around the town have been planted with colourful spring flowers. My own garden is bursting into life, and needs a little attention when I have a few hours to spare.

We now have more cafés in the town and Wimpy will soon return to Aylesbury, in the Hale Leys. It looks like Gourmet Kitchen is also going in there too.

Restrictions around COVID-19 are gradually being lifted and we will be able to move around more freely. Though I notice that many people are still wearing masks even in the open air. There is an protest article on page 12 regarding private hire taxi drivers. I would like to hear your experiences please as I also know that we do have some very good private hire drivers.
