With this issue of The Aylesbury Guide we are over half way through 2021.

At the time of writing this, we are living under tighter rules than the Government had wanted. The I Have a Voice Too! drama group have been able to meet face to face for a short photo session. We are still meeting on Zoom for our acting sessions.

We now have new retailers in Duck Farm Court, a new barbers in the High Street and High Street Radio (www.highstreet.radio) will be broadcasting from the Petri Dish. It is nice to see the market stalls on the cobbles spreading out into the roadway in Market Square with some newcomers. HS2 is making its mark in several locations near Aylesbury with beautiful trees being uprooted in the name of progress.

Summer normally means holiday time. So wherever you are I hope the sun keeps shining for you.
